In this appointment, Stephanie gathers your personal health & wellness goals, medical health history, a list of all medications and/or supplements, pH testing, reviews physician’s test results (if available), weight & body measurements (weight loss protocols), information on your individual lifestyle choices and how they affect your health. After reviewing your information, she recommends a protocol.
Consistent follow ups are to ensure the success of that protocol by fusing it with your individual lifestyle. If your health goal is weight loss, you should be seen every 2 weeks. For maintenance of discomfort from ailment or injury, you should be seen every 3-4 weeks.
Stephanie accompanies you through your local supermarket where she asks you to pick what you would normally buy, advises you on whether or not it would suit your needs and gives recipe recommendations with the food you purchased during the shop.
Kinesiology measures balance in the body. It is muscle testing based on the nervous system and acupuncture meridians that can direct the practitioner to an unhealthy disparity in the body. Kinesiology can also be used to help determine if an individual is allergic or sensitive to a food, or if the consumption of that food can have a positive effect on that individual. It can also be used to determine proper dosage for supplements and herbs.
